Spend sometimes to meet your hearth in the night, a soft and slow music will do the help and the mellow one will help you to get into the emptiness inside… feel it and see what can you find in there…
Take the breath bit more slowly and feel it again…. you see.. we are alone at the end but we are not lonely, and when you can realised that.. than, you can take your night sleep.
